Josh Hutchins

Josh Hutchins is an Oklahoma Attorney practicing law in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. A graduate of Tahlequah High School, U.S. Air Force Academy, and the University of Arkansas School of Law.  His areas of practice include estate planning, probates, property, business, and civil litigation.

A proud veteran, Josh enlisted in the U.S. Army and went to AIT with the Army as a combat engineer where his unit specialized in the clearing of minefields. He later was accepted to the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs and received a commission in 2002. He then went to Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls, MT, where he served as a nuclear crew launch commander before retiring in 2007 at the rank of Captain.  After Josh retired from the Air Force, he became a Real Estate Agent licensed in Montana as well as in Sales for a local newspaper.  He later transitioned into management for a startup waste management company in Seattle, WA.  From  Seattle, he and his wife started a recycling company in Tahlequah, OK which they successfully ran for 10 years and part of the program is still in operation today under new management.   His previous careers along with the business and life experiences  make him a highly sought attorney in his areas of practice.  

Josh and his wife Marcia, have three children, Emily, Lily, and Madi. When he is not practicing law, he likes to spend time with his family on their farm and writing alternative history novels.   You can purchase his first publication, Romano Saxon War, found on Amazon and listen to his stories found on The Twilight Histories Podcast in collaboration with other writers.  He also serves on the board for several community organizations and has a passion for helping people and making his community thrive.
